This is the first book in the UDA series I have read and
recently have not been lucky starting mid series. This was not the case in this series. I didn’t know the back-story, but that didn’t
disturb the story.
The paranormal installment was almost written like a
YA. The main character, Sophie, was sent
back to high school as a substitute teacher to gather information on the latest
case.
There is a love triangle between Will, Alex, and Sophie that
was unresolved, which was a disappointment, but not a distraction. Overall this was a good experience for a book
mid series.
Synopsis:
Sophie Lawson was seriously hoping life at the UDA would get
back to relative normal now that her boss Pete Sampson has been reinstated.
Unfortunately, her new assignment is sending her undercover into a realm where
